3 tiered Plant stand
I found a plant stand I wanted to buy and this company offered it at a cheaper price. This site offered free shipping, which is the only way I will buy online anymore, and a 5% off entire purchase. When I placed my order I received a notice that I was not entitled to the discount as not all products qualified for the 5% reduction, however, nothing on the site indicated this. I sent an e-mail to the company with my order and they gave me the 5%, which I appreciated. The item was delivered promptly, but even though the box was intact, the item was slightly damaged. One of the plant stand shelves was bent so the plant doesn't sit level. I was afraid to try straightening it as it might break off, so I left it as is. Otherwise, I like the product and found the company easy to deal with. I will consider ordering from them again in the future.

Real Flame Log set and Fuel (Items 2069 & 2056)
I moved into an older home that the fireplace was non-functioning. The chimney had been removed from the roof and to remove the fireplace from the inside of the house it would have destroyed the hardwood floors. It just didn't look right sitting there with nothing in it... Plants looked pretty silly, candles were an option but I really didn't want to deal with the wax... These logs are perfect... They were a snap to install, and I love the warm and cozy feeling that the livingroom has now... My fireplace looks like a fireplace and as small as the room is, there is a noticeable amount of heat that is generated. I called and ordered my logs and the customer service was great at helping me select the logs in the size I needed and answering the questions I had. I received free shipping and they arrived to the day that I was told they would be here.... could not ask for better. I would most certainly recommend this product and this company.

Mission Glass Door Cabinet in Oak
I'm pleased with this product and with my overall experience with KeeperStores. I found just what I wanted, made my purchase, and excitedly waited for delivery, which I expected to be 1-2 weeks. What a surprise when 3 days later I received my cabinet! The only down side was that in the description there was never any mention that I would have to put it together. I expected it to come all together already. It took one hour from start to finish to assemble this lovely little DVD/CD/video cabinet. It's just what I wanted! It seems sturdy, too. So, aside from the initial surprise that it came in a flat box, I am satisfied with my purchase.

Real Flame Churchill Espresso Electric Fireplace
I purchased a corner unit. I recommend that care be taken after it is assembled and moved into place. It is because lateral stress is hard on it but if it is slid into place carefully (especially over thick carpet) it will be fine.
The heater box appears to be very well built with a sturdy grounded power cord.
As far as the appearance and over-all quality I am very pleased. It looks very nice in our living room. The flame is realistic and with a setting for flame only, stage one heat or stage two heat it is possible to enjoy our firplace no matter what temperature the room is. The operation of the unit is quiet. Our TV sits on top of the fireplace and even on high heat it does not compete with the TV. I have not had to contact customer service so I cannot comment on that. But then that is a good thing!
I would recommend this merchant to anyone that is interested in an electric fireplace.

Solid Oak Apothecary Cabinet
Received the (4) 150 CD Apothecary cabinets in excellent condition, although they were delivered a day later than I was originally informed. While there were some gouges in the outer packaging for 2 of the cabinets, the cabinets were not at all adversely affected because of the excellent inner protective packaging. The finish on the cabinets is much better than I anticipated -- very well worth the purchase price. Since the 4 cabinets I ordered are now full, I will definitely order another one of these cabinets as I anticipate purchasing more CDs! Now I have to look for some cabinetry to house all the older VHS tapes and DVDs I have!

Metal Shelving
Service by KeeperStores was top not notch. Best price I could find and then they threw in free shipping! Shipping was fast and product arrived in great shape. Bought large metal Atlantic cd shelving. Overall a good product however there are several places where the silver/gray coating was peeling off or already missing. It doesn't particularly bother me because the underneath metal is nearly the same color. Of course KeeperStores had no way of knowing what is in the box and this in no way reflects on their excellent service.

Apothecary TV and Media Stand
Easy, fast delivery, this was the perfect piece of furniture for our living room. We got the Apothecary Double Door. The only thing I had a concern about was the doors don't have perfect spacing around the tops and bottoms. They also drag a little when opening and shutting. I actually disassembled/reassembled twice just to make sure something wasn't wrong on my part. After a week or so I really don't notice the door spacing as much, so I let it go. Just thought it was worth mentioning. The instructions were fairly easy when assembling, better than I expected.
Overall, good experience. I WOULD buy here again.

Conversion Log Set
We purchased a Deluxe Log Set to place in our wood burning fireplace, to use in lieu of gas or wood. From a distance of approximately 8 feet or more away, it looks great. The only issue I had was that when standing or sitting within the 8 foot range of the Log Set, the three fuel can tops are quite visible. The customer service department did not recommend any way to remedy this. I would like the company to come up with a product that disguises the can tops a bit more.
With that being said, the Deluxe Log Set is a beautiful alternative to having to burn wood. We will enjoy the ambiance of a real fire with little expense and no mess! We highly recommend the product and the company

Vinci 60” TV Console
I found the the TV cabinet to be as advertised. Customer Service was very helpful. Pricing and shipping were good.
I felt it took a little longer to get than I would have thought. The unit arrived in reasonably good condition considering the fact that the boxes looked like they came through a war. Upon opening the two boxes I found them to be well packed. All the parts were there and I even had a few extra. Upon checking the pressed wood parts I found three for which I will request replacements. The top of the unit
was of most concern. It had a small scratch on it from shipping I'm sure and it is out of the way and i did touch it up for now.
The instructions were good for the most part. They could use improvement to identify the doors of which there were two types. The unit which went together well had only one section in which I needed help. Getting the top on the cabinet was difficult and required my wife to just hold it up a bit so I could align the fasteners and have it slip down. They should think about sending a touch up kit with the cabinet as well. Over all I think it's a good value.

The item arrived in excellent condition within two weeks from placing the order. There was just one delivery person and with the this heavy item, it was a struggle for him to off load from the truck. We shopped local stores for a tv stand/credenza and also snooped around the internet where we found KeeperStores. They had the one closest to what we were looking for. Double Wide Cabinet
I cannot think of anything negative to say about KeeperStores. The CD/DVD cabinet was easy to assemble and is a beautiful and elegant addition to my home. It is very sturdily crafted. After loading more than 800 CDs and DVDs, not one shelf sagged noticeably. Everything arrived in two cartons, which were packed securely inside an outer carton. Though the outer cartons sustained some damage during shipping, the inner cartons suffered none. The only criticism I might offer concerned the instructions. On a project of this size, I would have expected a booklet of substantial dimensions. Instead, the instructions were printed on a single sheet of paper. However, with a bit of study and common sense, I was able to assemble the unit without error or mishap. The only tool required was a medium Philips screwdriver. I would recommend this merchant without reservation to anyone who wishes to have a high quality storage cabinet

My experience with KeeperStores was excellent, the packaging (from the Manufacturer) was as indicated (excellent), but unfortunately, the shipping company tried their best to damage the contents (the driver even laughed at how the double-boxing wasn't enough, as he needlessly rough-housed the boxes in my presence). KeeperStores assured me that the damaged (minor) parts enclosed would be replaced "free-of-charge" by the Manufacturer, but I could not justify their trouble and expense only to let the handlers have another try. I couldn't have asked for better help and/or response than that received during ordering and during the reporting of damage. A to KeeperStores.
